Stress Management

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Hypnosis is one of the great stress reducers.  It relaxes both body and mind.

We all know what stress is because we have all experienced it at one time or another.  Sometimes we live with ongoing stress which can deplete our bodies immune system and adrenals which lead to many health problems.

Stress can come from:
   our own escape mechanisms,
   “fight or flight,”
   world and family conditions,
programing we received as a child,
  learned behaviors,
  news,
  job and financial stress,
  time pressures,
  performance anxieties,
  road rage, etc.

Reduction of stress and anxiety levels are easily achieved in hypnosis and can restore your body to its natural balance.  You will be taught new coping skills to manage your everyday and perceived stressors which will put you in charge of your body and your life, giving you back control

Do you know how your subconscious programming you received in childhood is affecting you today?  Are they sabotaging your success, your joy, your love, and keeping you stuck and unable to move forward as you would like?

We all have about 60,000 thoughts everyday.  It is said that for 77% of the people, most of those thoughts are negative and creating havoc in their lives.

With hypnosis we can help you re-write this negative programming, to positive, life affirming action packed, successful thoughts.  When we let go of the blocks we have been holding, we can achieve and aspire and become our true spiritual self, a self that is joyous, loving, successful.

  2. Our stress reaction is activated when we are looked with overpowering requests. The requests can be extensive or little, however it's the significance we append to them that chooses their effect. Important pressures we feel unequipped for adapting to bring about pressure, and delayed presentation to these responses can affect physical, enthusiastic and psychological well-being.
