Bountiful Hypnosis

Do you know how it feels to be chronically ill, in pain, wearing braces on your arms, trouble walking, having multiple surgeries, and facing death. I nearly died four times. Then my doctors told me there was nothing traditional medicine could do to help me.

That was many years ago, and it was devastating. I was a young woman with a family. I was a nurse and relied on doctors and trusted that they could find a cure. But that was no longer an option. I didn’t want to die but I couldn’t live with the pain and sickness. When the doctors told me there was nothing more they could do, I realized it was up to me to get better. I learned that there is “always a way out.” That sent me on search, because I needed a way out!

So I began on a journey to get my life back. I took responsibility for my life and my health, and went searching for answers. I soon found Hypnosis which was the answer.

I learned that to heal my physical condition it was necessary to reconnect with my mind, body and spirit, and to embrace my emotional pain and physical pain, and remove old limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior.

I learned the importance of loving myself and God I learned who I really am: I am love, energy, light,endless possibilities, the creator of my experiences, pure consciousness, and a child of God.

Thus began a lifetime journey. When I experienced hypnosis I discovered my life’s purpose to help
others.

WHY COME TO ME

I opened Bountiful Hypnosis over 20 years ago, and have helped thousands of people live better lives.

I am a client centered hypnotherapist.  I love working with people. It would be an honor and a privilege to assist you in your journey of life. My promise to you is that I will honor you and hold you in highest regard.  This is sacred work, and it helps you, the world, and your families.

In my younger years I attended BYU and served as a nurse for a surgeon.  I am married and have 5 children, 17 grand-children and 9 great-grandchildren.

Because of the work I have done for myself, I feel younger, more excited, and in love with life than I ever thought possible.
